The Human Rights Campaign endorses Ohio Reproductive Freedom Amendment.
Many groups who are normally focused on "transgender" rights and justice are jumping on to the bandwagon of pro-abortion groups who support Issue 1 in November in Ohio. Interestingly, "trans justice" is inextricably linked to abortion with such organizations as Planned Parenthood "transforming" their business model to add "gender affirming" care to their list of controversial services; a new area that is already accounting for a major percentage of their revenue. The fact is that abortion and "bodily autonomy" are indeed linked, which is why the "Reproductive Freedom" amendment includes language that opens the door to transgender treatments and surgeries.
