There are and have never been any laws or concerns about the ability for a physician in Ohio to treat and protect women who have experienced a miscarriage or are experiencing an ectopic pregnancy. The use of this terminology in the Issue 1 language is completely unnecessary and only there to scare the good people of Ohio.
